Our Front Desk Associate is vital to delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping/tattoo experience and drives sales results. You will meet company objectives and individual responsibilities as a Front Desk Associate may include demonstrating outstanding customer service and selling skills, educating customers on our tattoo processes, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise and ready for sales, or organizing the selling floor and stock areas. 

Job Duties
  • Perform  health and hygiene standards

  • Provide communication and customer service skills

  • Perform admin duties for front desk 

  • Set appointments via phone or online systems

  • Process payments via POS.

  • Run transaction and inventory reports

  • Meeting clients and discussing their desired piercings and pricing tattoo for Artists

  • Prepare shop for Health department inspections and follow up

Requirements

  • High school or equivalent
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

We are looking to hire a skilled tattoo artist to create quality tattoos for clients. The tattoo artist’s responsibilities include consulting with clients to specifically design tattoos based on their ideas,  and sterilizing work areas immediately after each tattoo application. You should also be able to sterilize all non-disposable tattoo equipment between tattoo application sessions.

Tattoo Artist Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience tattooing in a tattoo studio.
  • A well-presented portfolio
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and artistic.
Required to attain within first 6 months of employment

We are looking for someone creative who is a team player and looking to grow! This position will be commission based. We require a minimum of 1 year in shop professional experience.

Job Duties
  • Help clients select jewelry
  • Using needles, special guns and equipment to create the piercing
  • Cleaning and disinfecting work areas, tools, equipment and jewelry 
  • Processed equipment hygiene and sterilization, including how to reduce the risk of infection and inflammation.
  • Identify types of piercing, risks to the body, potential allergic reactions and piercing rejections and details of the potential effects of using different piercing materials and jewelry 
Required to attain within first 6 months of employment

Body Piercer/Operator License 
Blood-borne Pathogen certification, 
First Aid/CPR certification
